Oh man, what a flight...
Oh hello there, my name is Lefia. Lefia Amaranthine. I know a bit of a mouthful. I just moved here to Moonlight Falls from a forest far, far away. How far? Well let's just say one trip to the city and a plane ride later, here I am! I'm dressed a little...odd I know. I never lived in a town before. I've visited one, there was one near the forest where my family and I made our home. So I kind of know how regular people live.
Oh? I'm not making any sense am I? Okay, well let me tell you this. I'm an Elf. Yup, but not the long-lived, spring through the forest kind. Nope. Sorry to disappoint. I'm also a cursed Elf...Ugh Okay, now I know I'm being really confusing. All in due time, eh?
Anyway, there's my new house. I don't really like the look of it. Oh well, there will be time for upgrades in the future I suppose. Its better than living in that tiny hut with mom and dad back in the forest. Grass roofs do not block out rain. Just let me assure you of that. It didn't look too bad though. I could see the purple walls through the windows. Can't you tell that I enjoy purple?
Well no time to explore my house! I called a cab and jumped in, telling the guy to take me to the local gym. I needed to sign up and get in shape! I wanted to be...well...Okay so let me just admit something to you. I'm not the nicest person. Remember I said I was a Cursed Elf? Well, yeah. Most people have a couple sides to them, you know something that makes them whole. I really don't. No one back home does either. We're all cursed.
We used to be beautiful, or so the legends and our books say, but something happened - now I don't know what, no one will tell me if they even know - and suddenly we started losing ourselves and becoming...ugly. Everyone also used to have beautiful purple hair and eyes but soon, we started losing that too. Breeding with humans, losing the points of our ears and our magic and the beautiful purple mist that once coated our forest. At least that was what mother told me.
Then I was born.
I had purple hair and eyes and perfectly pointed ears. It was a sign. So I left to find out what it meant. I just knew by instinct I wasn't to remain in my home any longer. I'll probably never see that beautiful forest again.
But back to the point - I'm not a good person. I'm not even really that much of a person so I want to be a Thief. I know, naughty, naughty. Mom is disappointed in me too. I don't care. If I can't have a decent personality, at least I can have a house full of things I stole.
After a short ride, I arrived at the gym. Man was it packed. People were jamming in to get in the doors. I found out it was because it was free to work out today. No charge! That was great! Still...there were alot of people here...
Including this woman who wouldn't get out of my way! Ana-something was her name. I heard her talking to another person. But jeeze! Get out of my way! I glared at her and scrunched up face, hoping she'd get the hint. Instead she just stood there, staring at nothing.
So I booed her! She still ignored me. Humph.
After I got away from her, I climbed onto the treadmill! Oh...wow...maybe this isn't a good idea...
Argh! I fell, even though I was only walking. Ow...my knees. I need to be more careful I guess. Hopefully no one saw that...But other than that I had a very good work out. Until I tried to get off the treadmill that was.
Oh no you don't! I caught myself before the evil thing could throw me off once again. I brushed a hair out of my eyes. I wasn't doing too bad I suppose. Tomorrow was another day and I would find something other than the treadmill to work out with. As it was, some people were giving me a look for being sweaty. The guy on the treadmill next to me told me the showers were downstairs. Well that was nice of him.
I treaded carefully down the stairs. My legs were feeling like jello because of the treadmill and my knees hurt from being nearly thrown off. At least I could get a shower and get rid of the stink rising up from my armpits.
I was in an usually bad mood though once I got back upstairs. Maybe its because of that Ana woman. There she was working out, acting as if she hadn't been in my way earlier! Grr...I could just slap her. But she was probably stronger than me at the moment. Oh well. I'd get her someday!
I did let her know that I was unhappy with some called insults, though I didn't look at her. Well...I tried.
Then this guy came up to me. He talked with me for a moment, saying not to get too worked up with people in this town. He introduced himself as Rick. He was married, but not to this Ana woman. He also told me she was a little odd anyway, once a poor woman, her husband inherited a bunch of money. Well I suppose gossiping is interesting. As he walked away he gave me a funny look. I tried to ignore it and focus on the TV on the wall instead.
But it wasn't long till I decided to take advantage of the computers they had there. I saw some other people just playing with them so I decided to send an email to my mother. We didn't have computers in our forest, but we did use the computers in the library in town outside of it.
I told her that it was a nice place so far. People were odd. Oh and never fly on an airplane. Ever. It was scary and I didn't like it. I much rather just stay on the ground, thank you. I hope she wouldn't get mad though, I had said I would visit but I think we both knew, once I left that forest, I was never coming back. Ah well, at least we can keep in touch.
As I was getting up to leave however...Rick sat down. He seemed to be ignoring me now. Huh...
Well with that I stood up, intent on just calling a taxi when I saw...well I saw this car and just well...
Okay so I took it. Yeah I know, not a good thing to do...I should give it back. But oh look at that trashcan!
Darn it! Not a very good start for me huh? I shouldn't be stealing stuff my first day here...
But with two things now weighing me down, I quickly headed home. No more trouble tonight. No sir!
Though when I did get home I felt a bit bad. Huh. Well I sent the car back. There! I feel a little better, but I'm keeping that trash can.
Okay well, hello! I'm Izzy. Sorry if this is a little of a short coming. This is my first Sim Story ever and I'm working hard to make it good! I hope you enjoyed the first chapter at least. Lefia gets herself in trouble whenever I glance away from my computer. Ah well, I hope she makes it interesting for you!

LOL. Izzy, this is awesome. I totally agreed with Lefia when that Ana chick was standing in front of the door. It drives me nuts when people stand in doorways and talk. It's like, MOVE, jerk, it's a door, people need to use it to come in, have your conversation elsewhere! :)
ReplyDeleteAnalove is her name apparently but I forgot that while I was writing this. Lefia could have walked around her, but she seemed to want to boo her instead. It was pretty funny. She also apparently insulted her or something because their relationship is negative, but I must have been watching my cat or something and missed it. Darn!
